Motion:
“That amendments to the ICPA Qld Constitution as proposed in the AGM Motions document circulated to members, with explanations, on 8 February 2026 be approved with the exceptions of the proposed amendments to Rule 4.”
Explanation:
Due to the large number of amendments to the ICPA Qld Constitution, coupled with time constraints on the Annual General Meeting (AGM), legal advice provided to ICPA Qld was to circulate all proposed Constitution Motions more than three months prior to the AGM. This was done and allowed ample time for members to peruse and comment. It is also available on the ICPA Qld website.
